Vehicle Safety & Maintenance Standards
- All vehicles undergo periodic maintenance at company-approved service centers.
- Vehicles are serviced according to the manufacturer’s recommended schedules.
- Each vehicle is inspected after every rental to ensure full operational safety.
Post-Rental Vehicle Inspection Includes:
- Engine oil level
- Water and coolant level
- Lighting systems
- Front and rear brakes
- Windshield and mirrors
- Windshield wipers
- Tire air pressure
- Air-conditioning efficiency
- Interior and exterior cleanliness
Vehicles are also periodically dry-cleaned through approved professional centers.
Rental Procedures
Drivers
Drivers are trained through certified centers and are fully qualified to operate vehicles safely under all driving conditions. Driver performance is reviewed regularly, with refresher training conducted every three months.
Internal Monitoring
The company conducts periodic meetings to improve service quality, address safety matters, and strengthen cooperation between management and staff.
Disciplinary Policy
While the company values trust and mutual respect, negligence is not tolerated. Disciplinary actions may include:
- Written warnings and salary deductions for violations
- Termination in cases of repeated offenses, with all legal rights preserved

Rental Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and personal identification
- Passport copy for non-Jordanian customers
- Security deposit of 1,000 JOD, refundable after 14 days
- Insurance deposit of 300 JOD or equivalent
- Signed rental agreement accepting all conditions
Rental Conditions
- No transportation of illegal goods
- No towing of other vehicles
- No sub-leasing or passenger transport services
- No racing or reckless driving
- Vehicle must be driven only by authorized drivers
- Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited
- No unauthorized repairs or part replacements
- All accidents must be reported within 24 hours

All company vehicles are covered by comprehensive insurance through certified insurance providers, including:

- Al-Aradeh Al-Muqaddasa Insurance
- Al-Damenon Al-Arab Insurance
Insurance documents are archived and available for reference at any time.
Accident Management
The company assigns a dedicated representative to handle accident follow-ups, coordinate with insurance companies, and ensure full legal compliance. Accident records are maintained for each vehicle throughout its operational life.
